Music Instruction - Piano and Cello

Piano and Cello lessons are for students of any level, beginner
to advanced, from about age five to adult. Lessons are held weekly.
Please see my policy letter for more details about my studio.

At the end of each month, I invite my students to attend a
Performance Class where they will have an opportunity to
perform for each other in an informal setting. These classes are
for students only. Students are encouraged, but not required, to
memorize their pieces for performance classes.

I hold Recitals approximately every six months. This is where
family members and friends get a chance to hear their students'
progress. Students must perform recital pieces from memory.

Tuition is due at the first lesson of each month.
A $5 late fee will be added for each week that tuition is late.
Because of my new lower prices, I do not give refunds or lesson
credit. If you need to cancel a lesson, please contact me in advance
so that we may reschedule that week's lesson.

Why is tuition so low now?

I have a new baby! My number one job is being a Mommy, and it is
the best job ever. But I love music, and I love teaching, so I am
now ready to get back into it again. My lessons are pretty casual,
and I've now got three little kids around here as possible
distractions. So, rather than hiring a babysitter to keep my kids
away, I cut my rates and figure we'll just have a good time.
